People often speak of the call of the void - that sudden pull towards oblivion or undoing - but there exists another, less spoken of, yet equally visceral force - the call to greatness.
This. For some who hear the call early, but don’t understand it, or are raised in an environment that doesn’t allow space for the call to manifest, they live lives of constant covering up of the call with whatever they can. Drugs, TV, food, porn, 9-5s whatever they can do to quiet the call. And then some of those find their way later and bloom at last. But many don’t and the call eventually does die in their hearts and they become the hollow ones drifting, dead before they’re buried. … at least that’s what a friend told me happens…. Anyways…..
