First Devotional Love

For highly intelligent men who carry immense spiritual depth, it is not the "first love" but the first devotional love that imprints and echoes ad infinitum across his temporal layers. It can only occur once because you cannot uncover that which has already been revealed.

A wise, discerning, spiritually potent woman capable of such imbuing is violently thorough in her meticulous excavation and unwavering exertion, it is always to the full extent of her intrinsic, formidable capacity. Nor is she blind to the experiential singularity of this within a man.

She is the first to see him for all that he is, even the parts of himself he did not believe in with full conviction, and because she also holds sober reverence for her own artistry, she allows herself to be saturated by him in order to truly understand him, anticipate his rhythms, and inspire his soul not only to explore the uncharted horizons that beckon him, but to conquer all that lies ahead in service of a greater divine purpose aligned with his soul truth. She becomes the very gold vermeil that gently enhances and refines the iron needle of his internal spiritual compass - and thus, the usher becomes interwoven into his very self-illumination, her love saturated into every doubt, every wound, subduing them not directly, but through him feeling her belief in his inherent goodness and strength. All that once tormented him does not disappear, but becomes weapons within his arsenal fluent in the contours of his grip, obedient passengers at the mercy of his self-mastery ascension, shadows that have learnt to kneel to his blood-earned sovereignty.

For the paradox of the first devotional love is that it is her very giving nature, her selflessness, that grants such love permanence within him, the very thing others covet - because her own enduring presence was never the focus, because she understands that true love is expansive, it is in service to that which is larger than egoic self-affirmations yet to be healed.
