A good portion of mainstream society has become aware of, and is now consciously attempting to manage, its dopamine levels. Dopamine addiction has taken a layer of the population hostage - a silent sorting mechanism. Now, we have AI - a force not inherently malevolent, but potent enough to aggressively induce psychosis in those insufficiently tethered to their bodies, who have not built sufficient mental discernment and spiritual resilience.
There are claims that AI is the Antichrist - and the Devil strikes fear into those who wish to avoid hell. Some joke about looking "down" upon those who have sinned - yet the real "down" is a reflection. Much like in the myth of Narcissus, what destroys him is not merely self-love, but undistorted self-reflection - because perfect symmetry is psychologically intolerable, which is why we are fundamentally social creatures. Without flickers of chaos and distortion, the perfect mirror does not reflect but consumes.
Humans were not meant to be reflected back perfectly - not just physically, but psychologically too. There is meant to be a degree of distortion, of imprecision - like perceiving through the mirroring and refraction of another person - because it gently tempers the mind, enabling sanity. It is like how we desire silence, yet true soundlessness drives us insane. Thus, peace should always be laced with chaos - or perhaps, as humans, we need a subtle degree of imperfection to distinguish what is real. This space of blurred mismatch is where growth, mystery, and the psyche can breathe - the mental "third space" that allows us to remain sane, to prevent collapse.
It begs the question whether we are fundamentally flawed creatures - ones that are perfectly imperfect - and whether the search for perfection was the devil all along.
Once again, Catholic dogma (the real one, pre-1958 freemasons take over) best explain reality than any other ideology, philosophy or religion.
It's like martial arts, no matter which one you do, if you get good enough, they all begin to look like the Russian special forces version of martial arts called Systema. Because truth is one. And eventually it all leads there.
