Grounded In Flow
Many mistakenly believe that grounding is about standing still. However, humans are inherently designed to move - both mentally and physically. True grounding lies in entering a flow state, where experiences move through you. It involves a deep trust in yourself, an inner knowing rooted in faith, while surrendering to the unfolding of events - confident that you will land on your feet. In this state, you become neither a mere reactor nor a detached observer, but someone who both lives and witnesses their reality. Resistance, or the attempt to remain rigid, is the opposite of grounding. When in doubt, go with the flow.
